According to article 13 item 1 and item 2 of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (further referred to as Regulation 2016/679), we inform that:
Nutricus Sp. z o.o., with headquarters in Lublin, ul. Vetterów 1, 20-227 Lublin with headquarters in Warszawa is the personal data administrator.
Personal data shall be processed in order to conclude a a contract and its performance, marketing, as well as to fulfil the obligations of the administrator, resulting from the legal regulations currently in force.
Subcontractors of the administrator (on the basis of entrustment contract) and entities entitled to receive personal data on the basis of legal regulations, such as the police, prosecutor’s office, courts, shall be the recipients of personal data.
Giving personal data for processing by the Administrator is voluntary, however indispensable for undertaking actions aimed at conclusion or performance of the contract.
Personal data shall be stored for 6 years from the contract termination or contract performance date, and if the contract is not concluded then for 6 years from the data receipt date. The period of 6 years results from the obligation to keep documentation according to the act on accounting and in reference to the need to protect the Administrator from claims, during period of prescription.
Employee data shall be stored for 50 years from contract termination date (according to the requirements of the current law), data of candidates for employment shall be stored until the end of the recruitment process.
Personal data processed by the Administrator shall not be transferred to any third party countries or international organizations.
The Administrator inform s about automated decision making, including profiling for product offering, that might be of interest to the clients on the basis of chosen parameters, connected to health and lifestyle.
Persons whose data are processed by the Administrator are entitled to access their personal data as well as have the right to correct them, delete them, restrict their processing, right to transfer data, right to appeal against data processing or profiling, right to cancel consent at any moment without this influencing the conformity right to processing that was performed on the basis of the consent before it was cancelled. Persons, whom the personal data concern, are entitled to file a complaint to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office [Urząd Ochrony Danych Osobowych] or to the Administrator if the person, whom the personal data concern, thinks that the processing is performed illegally.
